FIDUCIARIA CAVOUR s.r.l. obtained the authorization to carry out the activity of "trust company" according to the Law 23/11/1939 no 1966 and to the Royal Decree 22/04/1940 no 531 from the Industry and Commerce Department together with the Justice Department by a decree dated February 11, 1991.

Our company is participated and managed by chartered accountants and lawyers and it carries out the activity of nominee and of administration of third parties' assets with the modus operandi typical of liberal professions.

The organization of FIDUCIARIA CAVOUR is essential and assures promptness of intervention, flexibility and appropriate costs.

The services to the clients, carried out with the greatest independence and privacy, are always based on the clients' needs, almost always tailor made.

Particularly, FIDUCIARIA CAVOUR developed a significant experience being the nominee for the investments in Italy by non resident, either HNWI or institutional investors. Even the specular position of nominee for the foreign investments held by Italian residents is one of the most familiar areas of intervention of our company.
